Selection Process :
  • Orientation : New recruits undergo an orientation session where they learn about the company's mission, values, and policies. They are introduced to the organizational structure, the various departments, and the team they will be a part of.
  • Security Fundamentals : The training program starts with an in-depth exploration of security fundamentals. This module covers the principles of threat assessment, risk management, access control, and emergency response protocols.
