Selection Process :

  • Physical and Medical Assessment : Physical fitness and overall health are essential for security personnel. As such, candidates undergo physical and medical assessments to determine their suitability for the job.

Training Program :

Selection Process :
  • Orientation : New recruits undergo an orientation session where they learn about the company's mission, values, and policies. They are introduced to the organizational structure, the various departments, and the team they will be a part of.
  • Security Fundamentals : The training program starts with an in-depth exploration of security fundamentals. This module covers the principles of threat assessment, risk management, access control, and emergency response protocols. Trainees understand the critical importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service in their role.
  • Technical Training : Our training includes hands-on sessions where recruits become proficient in operating and troubleshooting security equipment such as CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control mechanisms.
  • Defensive Techniques and Physical Fitness : To handle potential threats and emergencies effectively, candidates receive training in defensive techniques, martial arts, and self-defense. Physical fitness is emphasized through regular exercise routines to maintain their peak performance.
